This East Coast of Australia’s main telephone exchange required a remedial builder to carry out façade enhancements and remediation.

The Challenges that were overcome –
- Maintaining full operation of Telstra operations during the works was paramount in particular to dust, noise and site security
- Communication with all stakeholders was key to delivering this project successfully
- Utilising full experience and implementation across all levels of our ISO standard of QSE to achieve a successful outcome
- New PVC sheet membrane to roof required to be installed
- Full rope access façade surveys
- Concrete repairs via rope access all carried out to the safety criteria imposed by Telstra and Ventia and Sydney City Council
- Upgrade to the roof height safety system
- Full sealant replacement to the façade preformed concrete panels
