BIM worked directly with eth Executive Committee of the Owners Corporation to deliver a complete façade upgrade

These upgrades included –

- New membranes to the lift machine room roof
- Concrete spalling to balconies
- Removal of concrete parapets and replaced with vision panels
- Replacement of steal balustrades with glass
- Balcony membrane replacement and re-tiling
- Installation of façade membrane
